Mega Mansion 2 Rank Classic against Cliff
Time, prestige, and badge rarity for the only two 100% estates on this place.
Mega Mansion 2 currently tracks two 100% badges: Classic Mega Mansion (the more common 100%) and Cliff Mansion (the rare 100%). This page ranks them for time, prestige, and how you should split cash. It does not invent extra estates. If you still remember Tropical House, Penthouse, Beach House, or Mega Yacht from the first game, those were original Mega Mansion Tycoon properties β useful history, not live MMT2 100% badges.
Read this after Getting Started and before you empty a collector into a second plot. The parent tier list hub puts both mansions in S-tier for different reasons. Here we unpack why that split exists and how to play it.
S-tier for time: Classic Mega Mansion
Classic Mega Mansion is the estate the sequel expects you to understand. Pads unlock in a readable order, rooms stay on a walkable footprint, and the collector loop matches the how to play cycle: claim a plot, buy the next locked room, collect, repeat. Because more players finish this badge, you will see finished Classics on almost every 12-player server. That density is a gift. Tour them with the house visit guide and copy pad order instead of guessing.
Time rank is S because Classic is the cash engine. Early rooms are cheaper, later rooms feed later rooms, and you can AFK a finished wing while you still have pads left. Auto Collect (630 Robux) and 25% Money Boost (400 Robux) both shine here; they are wasted if you abandon Classic at 40% to window-shop Cliff. The Classic Mega Mansion route is the walkthrough; this page is the reason you should not skip it.
Prestige on Classic is A, not S. A full Classic still looks expensive. Neighbors will walk your halls. It is not the rare badge, though, so a 100% Classic is the expected uniform of a serious player, not a trophy that stops chat. Wear it anyway. You cannot flex Cliff if Classic never funded the climb.
Badge rarity on Classic is the more common 100%. That does not mean it is free. Plenty of visits bounce off the mid-game pad prices. It means the studio designed this estate as the default completion, and the badge numbers follow that design. If you only have time for one 100%, take Classic. If you have time for two, still take Classic first.
S-tier for prestige: Cliff Mansion
Cliff Mansion is the rare 100%. The plot reads as a second, harder estate: longer walks, meaner pad prices, and fewer finished copies to copy from. Time rank is A if you already 100% Classic and C if you start Cliff as a beginner. Prestige is S. Badge rarity is S. When someone hosts a tour and the group chat tag walks you onto a finished cliff, that is the current endgame screenshot.
Do not treat Cliff as a side grade. It is a second campaign. Mixing Classic and Cliff pads in the same session usually starves both collectors. Finish Classic, park the car budget, then open Cliff with a funded loop. The Cliff Mansion guide covers the route; blueprints matter more once you are decorating a rare estate instead of racing the first 100%.
If you host, Cliff is the better stage. The roleplay page covers tours, art rooms, and using cars as props. A half-built cliff is a worse lobby than a finished Classic. Prestige comes from completion, not from standing on an expensive empty pad.
What not to rank on this place
Original Mega Mansion Tycoon shipped Mega Mansion, then Beach House, Penthouse, Tropical House, and Mega Yacht as later 100% tracks. Players still search those names. Mega Mansion 2 does not currently award 100% badges for Tropical, Yacht, or Penthouse. You may mention them when you compare sequels. You should not plan a third 100% around them until a badge exists.
That is why this list is two rows, not five. The sequel vs original page is the right home for nostalgia. The updates hub and launch notes record when Welcome (20 August 2026) and the two 100% badges (24 August 2026) went public. Until a patch adds a third 100% estate, Classic versus Cliff is the entire mansion meta.
Practical split of cash and passes
Spend in-game cash on the next Classic pad until that badge pops. Then spend on Cliff pads. Vehicles, Custom Car Colors (249 Robux), and Car Radio (110 Robux) sit below both. Super Jump (39 Robux) and Run (35 Robux) only help if walking the cliff is annoying you; they do not change rank. VIP (325 Robux) is an A-tier host pass, not a mansion skip. Double Capacity is off-sale, so do not stall a 100% waiting for it. Price the rest on the game pass tool.
Group join is still $5,000 plus a chat tag β claim it from free rewards before you call Classic βtoo slow.β There are no promo codes.
When you screenshot both badges, you have finished the current mansion ladder. After that, the game is tours, art, and cars. Until you hold those two icons, every other purchase is a leak. Re-open this page only if Wild Atelier adds a third 100% badge; do not re-rank Classic below Cliff just because a neighbor started the cliff first.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common Mega Mansion 2 questions.
Which mansion should I 100% first in Mega Mansion 2?
Classic Mega Mansion. It is the more common 100% badge and the cash engine. Use the Classic Mega Mansion route, then start Cliff Mansion for the rare 100%.
Why is Cliff Mansion ranked S if it is slower?
S-tier here means prestige and rarity, not first-week speed. Cliff is the rare 100%. Classic is S-tier for time. The tier list hub shows both labels so you do not treat them as the same goal.
Are Tropical House or Mega Yacht 100% badges in Mega Mansion 2?
No. Those properties were 100% tracks in original Mega Mansion Tycoon. MMT2 currently badges Classic Mega Mansion and Cliff Mansion only. See sequel vs original for the old roster.
Do game passes change mansion ranks?
They change time, not which estate is rarer. Auto Collect and 25% Money Boost speed both plots. They do not make Cliff the better first 100%. Compare them on the game pass tool.
Can I work on Classic and Cliff at the same time?
You can, but you will starve both collectors. Finish Classic pads, then move the cash loop to Cliff. Visit finished plots with the house visit guide if you need a layout reminder.
Does a 100% Classic still matter after I start Cliff?
Yes. Classic remains the estate most neighbors can tour, and it is the badge that proves you understand pads. Keep it walkable for roleplay even while Cliff is your grind.
