Completing a Mega Mansion in the original tycoon

100% — Classic Mega Mansion

Created 24 August 2026. This is the sequential house: collector, rooms in pad order, garage when the sequence puts it in front of you. About one in thirty players finish it. The route is the Classic Mega Mansion guide. Cars do not pop this badge. Cliff pads do not pop this badge. Missing a balcony pad is the usual reason people think the badge is broken.

Sweep every floor, the garage roof, and any wing that opened after a recent purchase. Then buy whatever is left. The badge is a completion flag, not a puzzle with a hidden lever.

100% — Cliff Mansion

Created 24 August 2026. Rare. About three in a thousand players hold it. Cliff is the slope and island estate from the hero art — car on a villa driveway, helicopter in the trailer. It is a second cash sink with longer walks. Start it after Classic, not instead of Classic. The Cliff Mansion page is the route. Rank the two estates on the mansion tier list.

What is not a badge here

Original Mega Mansion Tycoon awarded Welcome, Secret Island, $50 Million, and later 100% flags for Beach, Penthouse, Tropical, and Mega Yacht as those properties shipped. Mega Mansion 2 does not copy that roster. If a video overlay says “100% Yacht on MMT2,” it is original-game footage or a thumbnail lie. Sequel vs original is the conversion chart.

Blueprints and art are collectables in the description. They are not badges. Hunt them on blueprints after the house is walkable. Group chat tag is not a badge. Auto Collect is not a badge. Private servers are not a badge.

Order that actually matches the percentages

1. Join, get Welcome To MMT2, claim the $5,000 group cash.
2. Make money on sequential Classic pads.
3. Pop Classic 100%.
4. Tour or host using visit houses.
5. Start Cliff if you still want the rare flag.

The same order is written as a single route on the 100% walkthrough. That order is why Classic is 2.9% and Cliff is 0.3%. People skip to the slope, buy cars, and leave both 100%s unfinished. The starter checklist is the same sequence without badge names.

When Wild Atelier adds a fourth badge, this page gets a fourth row. Until then, three is the list. Do not grind original-game names on a sequel plot.
