Mega Mansion 2 tier ranks
Classic vs Cliff, then Auto Collect versus paint — cash first, trophies later.
Mega Mansion 2 is a plot tycoon, not a fighter, so this hub does not rank weapons or secret units. It ranks the two 100% estates and the Robux passes that change how fast you fill pads. Use it when a driveway, a pass shop, and an untouched Cliff Mansion are all shouting at once.
S-tier saves hours or is required for a live badge. A-tier is strong on long sessions. B-tier is optional convenience. C-tier is cosmetic or traversal and should wait until cash is no longer the bottleneck. We refresh these ranks after studio patches; the live place was last updated on 6 September 2026.
Mansion ranks at a glance
S — Classic Mega Mansion (first 100%). This is the more common 100% badge and the estate you should finish first. Pads sit on a walkable plot, the collector loop is the one Getting Started teaches, and every extra room raises income before you look at a cliff. Treat Classic as the backbone of the mansion tier list.
S — Cliff Mansion (prestige and rarity). Cliff is the rare 100% badge. It is S-tier for showing off and for completing the current badge set. It is not S-tier for your first week. Start it after Classic pads are done, then follow the Cliff Mansion route instead of mixing both builds and starving both collectors.
Not ranked as MMT2 100% tracks — original properties. The first Mega Mansion Tycoon added Mega Mansion, Beach House, Penthouse, Tropical House, and Mega Yacht. Those were real 100% tracks on the old place. Mega Mansion 2 currently awards 100% badges only for Classic Mega Mansion and Cliff Mansion. Do not spend nights hunting a Tropical or Yacht 100% badge here; it is not on the board. For what carried over, read Mega Mansion 2 vs original.
Pass ranks at a glance
S — Auto Collect (630 Robux). The largest quality-of-life buy if you AFK or hop between rooms. Walking back to a collector is the silent time sink on a 12-player plot.
S / A — 25% Money Boost (400 Robux). The best paid multiplier for players who are actually buying pads. Pair it with Auto Collect if you will sit in a server for hours. Skip it if you only log in to pose cars.
A — VIP (325 Robux). A social and lobby flex more than a 100% requirement. Buy it if you host tours; do not buy it hoping it skips Cliff pads.
B — Starter Pack (123 Robux). Fine on a brand-new plot, weak once rooms already drop cash. Claim the free group join bonus ($5,000 plus a chat tag) before any pack.
B — Run (35 Robux). Cheap movement on huge floors. Helpful, never required.
C for grind / A for photos — Custom Car Colors (249 Robux) and Car Radio (110 Robux). These dress the car tier list. They do not print pads.
C — Super Jump (39 Robux). A traversal toy. Fun on stairs, useless for badge math.
Do not chase — Double Capacity (off-sale). It is not in the shop. Plan your 100% around Auto Collect, the money boost, or no passes at all.

How to spend a session with this list
- Finish Classic pads before Cliff.
- Do not buy cars until the 100% pads that fund them are done.
- If you spend Robux, spend it on collection or income, not paint.
- Revisit ranks after you read launch notes so you are not using original-game advice on a new place.
A finished Classic estate with an empty driveway beats a half-built Cliff stuffed with unpainted trophies. When Wild Atelier adds another estate with a 100% badge, this hub will grow a new row. Until then the meta is two badges, two mansion ranks, and a pass shop that is easy to overspend.
If you only remember one line from this page, remember this: rank the cash engine first, then the rare cliff, then the garage. Everything else is a photo. After the 6 September 2026 update, that order still holds — re-rank only if a new 100% badge or a new income pass actually ships.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common Mega Mansion 2 questions.
What is S-tier in Mega Mansion 2 right now?
Classic Mega Mansion for your first 100%, Cliff Mansion for prestige, Auto Collect if you AFK, and 25% Money Boost if you are buying pads. Cars and paint are not S-tier for progression. See the mansion ranks and car ranks for the full split.
Should I buy game passes before I 100% Classic Mega Mansion?
Only Auto Collect or 25% Money Boost are worth considering mid-grind. VIP, colors, radio, Run, and Super Jump can wait. Price them on the game pass tool and claim the $5,000 group bonus on free rewards first.
Is Cliff Mansion better than Classic Mega Mansion?
Cliff is rarer and better as a flex. Classic is better as a first 100% because it teaches the pad loop and funds later rooms. Rank Classic first for time, Cliff first for prestige — details live on the mansion tier list.
Where do luxury cars sit on this tier list?
Below finished pads. Starter, sport, hypercar, and trailer-art helicopter types are late-game trophies. Buying them early is a C-tier cash leak. Read the car tier list before you tap a vehicle pad.
Did Tropical House or Mega Yacht get a 100% badge in Mega Mansion 2?
No. Those were 100% tracks in original Mega Mansion Tycoon. MMT2 currently badges Classic Mega Mansion and Cliff Mansion only. The sequel comparison lists what the first game added versus what this place awards.
